Dream Catcher RV Park
Rules & Policies
1. Enjoy Your Stay
The NUMBER ONE rule is to have a great time! Always be a good neighbor!
2. Speed Limit
Please drive slowly within the park. The speed limit is 5 MPH.
3. Set-Up Hours
To maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all guests, we will escort each camper to their site during office hours. We kindly ask that you complete your setup before our quiet hours begin at 11 PM.
4. Late Arrivals
For guests arriving between 6:00 PM and 10:30 PM, a clipboard will be available at the check-in station with your name, site number, and a map to your site. Please note that personal assistance in guiding you to your site will not be available during this time. It’s important to park your rig responsibly to avoid any accidents or damage to other vehicles or campground property. Any damage caused by a guest while parking is the responsibility of that guest.
5. Vehicles & Golf Carts
No speeding, reckless driving, or driving under the influence. All vehicles must be registered, insured, and roadworthy, and must be driven on roadways only by a licensed driver. Please obey standard traffic rules (5 MPH).
6. Pets
Pets are welcome but must always be kept on a leash, except in the designated dog park. Do not leave pets unattended and clean up after them immediately.
7. Tethering Pets
Pets may not be left outside unattended and must not disturb other guests.
8. Breed Restrictions
We do not accept the following breeds: Chows, German Shepherds, American Bulldogs, and Pit Bulls. Please do not wash dog bedding or blankets in our washers.
9. Trash Policy
Follow the golden rule of camping: leave your site cleaner than you found it. There will be a $25 fine for site cleanup if trash is left on the ground, including pet waste, cigarette butts, peanut shells, etc. We do not offer site trash pickup. Please dispose of your trash in the dumpsters provided, which are for household waste only. Items such as furniture, appliances, mattresses, and construction debris must be taken to a landfill.
10. Restrooms & Laundry
Please leave these areas clean and notify management if maintenance is needed. Children must always be supervised. Washing dishes, pets, and clothes in the restrooms is prohibited for sanitary reasons.
11. Safety and Conduct
Any type of public disturbance will not be tolerated. Illegal drugs, public intoxication, disorderly conduct, and the use of profane language are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate ejection from the campground with no refunds. If police are involved, the campsite must be vacated immediately. All guests must comply with federal, state, and local laws, as well as campground rules. This is a private park; your safety is our priority. Please notify the office if visitors will be coming to your site, and provide their names and vehicle information. Federal laws allow for the carry of legally registered firearms, and we encourage you to ensure your personal protection legally. The recreational use of firearms, BB guns, slingshots, and fireworks is prohibited within our campground.
12. Respecting Others
Do not enter or walk through other guests’ sites unless invited. Keep your belongings and vehicles within your own site. Do not encroach on other sites (occupied or vacant) or the green space between sites. Conceal personal belongings, especially when you are not present. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. No solicitation is permitted.
